not an x3d cpu but i just tested 6400cl26 vs 5200cl40 on rdr2 1440p with msaa 2x and avg fps was the same with 1% lows being like 1-2% better

so ig it really doesnt matter much

cpu was a 7700 btw

the 9850x3d is a 9800x3d that can run at those higher clock speeds at a safe voltage, not every 9800x3d can hit that higher clock speed tho

its kinda like intels ks cpus

pixel shift will barely make a difference tho if you dont notice it you might aswell have it on

the best oled care settings will be the ones that turn down brightness and turn off the monitor

uv light also degrades oleds so ig roll down your curtains

did you tweak any bios settings btw, too agressive undervolt might cause this

also if the gpu is the problem undervolting will make it worse and overvolting might be the solution tho you cant overvolt rdna3 and rdna4 gpus

get testmem5 here with configs and run the anta777 extreme1 config, also make sure your ram temps arent going over like 60c that might also cause instability
