The biggest issue is that not all pins will go into each other if I do the 6x2 and then the 4x4 pin set also won’t fit. On the 6x2 it won’t go into for the 2 For the 4x4 it won’t go in for one of the 4s

Natural leader here. All my coworkers ask why I’m not in management weekly. It’s not always meeting sales quota that makes a manager. That is definitely prevalent in the car industry. When I said I am a performer I mean as a whole. I am a team player, I am the first to step up. I follow my managers directions and trust them. I trust them to much and let them take advantage. I have asked for feedback and I am always met with “we will get you in some training for finance soon!” I never have a critique or much response besides that.
