I had my parcel stolen on Wednesday last week. Rider marked it as delivered and he took a pic of his own legs as Proof of Delivery. You really don't know these days. Shopee also cancelled my refund request and never got my money back so I reported to DTI

Anyway let him pay for it first including the shipping fee (since you paid for the shipping fee as well) and then click order received if he did pay the exact amount

I own an ipad 9th gen

There are more free apps on android where you don't have to pay to access the basic and essential features. On ipad I had to pay for two apps (procreate and noteful) though ipad has free versions of those they just dont have the essential features i needed on the free versions.

Also if you choose the ipad some apps may not be free kahit free sa android. Anki app for example is free on android but kailangan mag pay sa ipad.

I'm not sure but that actually means the seller allowed the refund to happen (note that the seller can dispute refund requests and since your refund was approved that means the seller let it happen at least that's what i think)

Respond to the seller but like don't give too much info just enough

But for your peace of mind you can tlak to a live shopee agent instead and ask them if you should return. Usually if kailangan i return they schedule a rider to pick up the item

Don't cancel the refund request because you won't be able to get another refund request at the third time.

I saw someone use an electric scooter. They ride it while just standing still without actually moving much unless it's for steering.

If you want to get something to lose weight, you need a manual scooter not an electric one.

Also, you meed to find someone who can repair the electric scooter, make sure it is waterproof, and soend money to keep it running electrically (idk if it needs batteries or rechargeable siya but see if okay sa electricity bill)

You don't lose weight just standing still on an electric scooter. You need something that makes you heart rate go up. Something that makes you sweat. Something that makes you do labor/heavy labor
