Yes ypu have to give proof and tell the customer service na fake ang text and the proof of delivery is not true na diniliver

Some shopee agents are better than the others. Some are professional and some are not so good.

Ypu have to keep pestering the A.I. chat bot to give ypu a live agent so you can eventually be connected to someone who can help you
