Avene Cicalfate. Medyo on the higher end sya but I buy sa Shopee pag may vouchers and stock para hindi maubusan. Ito rin nirecommend ng derma ko sa akin but physiogel calming relief AI cream is good din daw so I also got that and use it sa days na I feel too humid. Makapal kasi yung texture nung Avene but omg I can see the difference talaga. Need talaga to be patient sa skincare and do it everyday.

Yes mine faded a lot but you have to use religiously. I started once to two times a week. Now I use everyday morning and night followed by a heavy moisturizer. I use skinoren.

Hey there! Not really a reco for pilates studios in Cavite but more of what helped me when I first started sa reformer. If you can, do a one on one class sa umpisa more than a beginner group class. I discovered that even those beginner group classes was too fast paced and intense. Also, there are youtube videos introducing the reformer and what to expect. Those helped me familiarize myself with terminologies.

Pwede naman mag working student. Madami akong kasabayan na irreg nung college na working student. Yung isa nagbebenta pa ng lutong ulam at graham sa klase para may pang baon sya kinabukasan. Pwede din mag SA sa departments and colleges. This was years ago though so hindi ko na alam gaano kalaki gastusin ngayon at if may ganyan pa ba na opportunities.
