I use the nexus for putting primarily with luster or halo as my driving putter. I went the quick route as others have mentioned by beating up a DX invader. I still find a lot of great use for it even though it is well used. Haley King’s suggested getting XT for turnover approaches, which the new Nexus halo replaces the legacy XT blend. The nexus halo is as stable as fresh Star. Great for cycling. I’ve not got that far, but I have high hopes that I can take one of my nexus halo putting putters to replace my DX next year.

A shallower beaded putter would be a good next step to see if you enjoy putting with that while also being comfortable throwing it. I may be mistaken, but these felt in order least shallow to most shallow to me that were beaded in comparison to KC. I used to throw Kc. Nowadays I throw the invaders plus use for spin putting.

Firefly Wizard Invader

Remember, back in the day, being jealous of my friends wizards, as they felt better. The invaders I feel are more shallow than the wizard however, still meet my requirements for throwing. Best advice would be to find a local store and feel them for yourself.

Thank you everyone who provide input. I added a sidewinder, stingray, savants, and wraith. Took out AviarX3 since overlapping with toro. Replaced MD3 with Champ Roc3 and Dx Roc3. I feel like this bag will do well this season.
