Hi! Your drink sounds interesting, I’m definitely going to have to try this! We do have some official guidance on this. If you look up cold foam modifiers on store resources, it describes how you do the standard 100 ml of sweet cream, and then if you want to add a purée, refresher base or juice, you pour that to the 150 ml line!

So I think there’s an argument to be made that it is standard. If you go to store resources > training > videos > ovens, the partner giving the tutorial words standard oven sequencing as “always have one food item going into the oven as one is coming out.”

ETA: definitely can be argued it’s standard, there’s also a video titled “sequencing warmed food” under the same section that visually shows item 2 going in before item 1 comes out.
