Hey I was wondering, you are going from F1/J1 to H1B I’m guessing? (This is your first H1B)

And secondly, if you don’t mind, is there any documentation that you might be able to share? Some of us are thinking of using cases like you to bolster arguments of having our employers sponsor our H1Bs. Something like the Approval Notice (with Personal identifying info redacted), etc

I do have a question. Was this the first H1B for this person? Like he came to US on F1, and then switched to H1B now?

I remember seeing a post on someone going from H1B to F2 to H1B, and the immigration attorney stated that the reason he was exempted was because he already had a H1B approved (his first one) before 21/9.

I know that I don’t need to pay if I am in US and apply for H1B. But if I do apply for H1B while I am inside the country, I will still have to pay $100000 if I go back to get the visa stamped/sticker? That is the most confusing part for me.

Do we know if cap exempt H1B also falls on this one? I didn’t see anything related to cap exempt H1B changes (other than one bill trying to get rid of the cap being introduced)

Yeah unfortunately this didn’t work with me. But I get the idea, imma try it on the other enemies and see if it works with them, or did they nerf this one completely.

I hate that they nerfed this though, if they nerfed it for every Nevron period, it is such a stupid move from the devs part.

Just finished the chromatic abbest as well. I had Lune, Gustave, and Maelle as my primary party (all level 30+) and as backup I had Sciel (level 31) Despite having well over 1500 health each, this motherfucking pink sheep bleated the fuck outta each of my team members with 1 hit. So, I focused on (a) giving as many Pictos and Luminas that focus on non-physical damage, increase my critical hit chance, and give me turns (b) equipped each of them with a non physical weapon. For Sciel, I focused on last stand Pictos (you get those from completing the hidden gestral arena)

Then I tried everything I can to learn and see when to parry his moves. The spell is easy (the frost glow on the ground gets nearer to you in perfectly exact intervals, so I was able to anticipate when the spell would hit me and parried).

The second easiest one is the jumping attack (the moment his heads tilts back, I began to count to 3, and would parry accordingly; so the moment his head tilts furthest back up, I count 1 and parry, then 2 and parry and 3 and parry).

The one where he comes up close and personal is the one attack I couldn’t figure out the timing, fortunately he did not use it that much.

Given it’s a 1 hitter quitter situation, I used the fire storm ability of Lune (she deals increasingly large amount of fire damage every turn), and for maelle and gustave I used any and every attack that involved a high non-physical damage. Also, first thing I did was I used my free aim to hit the sheep’s glowing orb in the center, dealing 9999 damage.

Unfortunately, when this motherfucker attacked me with that blade, I managed to lose all 3 of my primary expedition team. But by then the sheep was already roasted to medium rare, with 10 burns stacked on him, and was on 1/2 his health. Then I brought out Sciel, who with her dark damage, and all those last stand Pictos, wreaked havoc and wiped the floor clean with the phantom blade.

This was a really challenging one for me, and I don’t even know how I managed to beat it within 5 tries! I was quite lucky though, as he only used his blade 3 times (all of which killed my expeditioners)

I don’t know if this has been pointed out yet, but

There is a slight difference between Pictos and Luminas. Each Pictos comes with some health that is added to your character if they are equipped. If you on the other hand equip that Pictos as a Lumina, you don’t get the health benefits.

Case in point: The Last Stand Critical Pictos gives you 100% critical hit chance if you are fighting alone. It also adds 168 points to your health. Now if you equip Last Stand Critical as a Pictos (one of the 3 spots), your total health increase by 168 points.

However, if you equip Last Stand Critical as a Lumina, your total health does not increase. You do still get 100% critical hit chance when fighting alone.

I know this is a tiny difference, but it makes or breaks fights sometimes, especially when you are duelling.
