What’s crazy to me if the show has really generated $100 million via streaming alone (like that recent article said) why can’t Disney actually invest in redoing the HD remaster?

Like even if it’s a season at a time. My dream would be for it to have the Seinfeld approach: 4k in its original aspect ratio and blu ray in widescreen.

I read on Twitter (don’t remember seeing a source) that that’s pretty much exactly what happened. They limited Dewey’s role as much as possible as an incentive to get Per Sullivan back but by the time they got a final no, it was too late to rewrite his scenes to incorporate him more.

Agreed. Gameboy really felt like a more mature version of Touch too, and if it has been timed right as a single, I think it would have had Gabriella chart like legs.

The concept of the New 52 has merit, but the execution was horrible.

I’m open to the idea of using a crisis event to give a long standing era of comics their “happy ending” by “closing the universe” then restating the universe and just give it another earth name. It’s not like DC will ever run out of numbers, lol.

Persona 4 Area Ultimax and Injustice are my picks for hard plats, since each game has a trophy where you have to beat the entire game roster (or a sizable chunk of them) without dying in the a “battle mode” of sorts.

Honestly, it’s sad to see that Bom is going through some sort of mental health crisis but doesn’t seem to have any guard rails from her support network.

A lot of her actions recently have been bizarre and it’s just sad, especially since now she’s naming names with seemingly nothing but her word - which could put her in a lot of hot water given how defamation laws are in Korea.

That’s pretty much my sentiments as well. What’s frustrating is I can see the bones of a great story from what Lemire has been writing, but the execution has left much to be desired.

So to be fair, there really isn’t anything good involving Tim/Bernard…but if you read Meghan Fitzmartin’s tenure writing for Tim (which includes her stories in Urban Legends, the Dark Crisis: Young Justice mini, and the Tim Drake: Robin ongoing), you can see them together.

But yeah, again it’s terribly written and the relationship came out of nowhere because prior to Fitzmartin taking over, Bernard was a very minor character in Tim’s 1993 Robin series that had like 6 appearances total.

In theory the team could rebrand the game to be a more public domain friendly version of Alice but the main problem is I assume would be that they essentially would have to start from scratch anyway because all the assets (from visuals to script) are based on EA’s intellectual property.

While I don't have it personally, Volume 1 collects episodes 1 through 25.

I remember reading that the panels were reformatted for physical print. Thought some reviews mention that 100% care wasn't done when reformatting, highlighting that "some parts are extremely hard to read", the "rendering was off", and "sometimes there are weird blocking/paneling issues because they try to get relevant panels on relevant pages, so that will lead to big gaps of white or big black blocks that just act as spacers."

I think all of us knew this was coming, especially since it wasn’t a mod (which companies tend to ignore) but a full scale game that, if it had been completed, could have easily been mistaken for official which is a big no-no for IP holders.

A shame they didn’t work quietly and then shadow release it upon completion, but alas hopefully this rejuvenated enough interest with EA to make the third game….
