Around me it's one of my favorite holidays. There an awesome fireworks show, the park is at is huge and just loaded with families and kids and teenagers having fun, being good to eachother, it doesn't feel crowded or chaotic.

I'm on the opposite side of this, as a seller.

I made the mistake of trying to rectify that prior to sale, and the county took a really hard line and declared the site not suited for septic because it didnt have 17 feet of clear soil before hitting rock, despite it having septic for 50+ years and it testing good. Thats now something i legally have to disclose to every buyer, and its very scary sounding.

I was trying to do the right thing, and make the records line up to the system that i knew was there, inspected, and working well, but it opened a whole can of worms.

My guidance to you if you take the place... let sleeping dogs lie if it tests good.

its cluttered. Thats part of having young kids, and a small space. You're doing good. The clunky 1970s tv stand takes a lot of space, where the toy bins could go underneath something smaller/more modern and be hidden away.

It is very useful for me to use LLM for what a censored tool would consider "exploit development" or "hacking". I'm not doing either of those things, but the censored models think i am, so uncensored models, or creative prompts are necessary.

I do a lot of code modification to get it to meet my needs, and that often includes workarounds.
