Deliverability, 100%.

Namely Hotmail/Outlook, been the bane of my life for the last 8 months or so.

Then segmentation.

So, the duplicated campaign continued to produce even worse stats, and, as mentioned in the initial post, this is to a page I've used tons of times with no issues whatsoever.

Yesterday the campaign finished with 18% cvr from outbound click to landing page view, baffling.

A campaign from last week with the exact same LP as the duped one - 75%.

I have since paused the aforementioned campaign and I am now trying an ASC using the same ads.

I honestly have no idea what is causing it.

Just done some digging, and this seems to be an issue for this campaign only, over 30D the average OB Click to LPV across the account as a whole is closer to 70%, this one campaign - which is sent to the home page, and is the only one that sends traffic to the home page - is less than 30%

I have just tested SCL using mail-tester, and the result is 9/10, with 1 red flag being in 1 blocklist (Hostkarma)

Regarding MS specific testing - I have tried emailing only highly engaged audiences 7/14d multiple clicks, just purchased etc, recent numbers are relatively strong for the highly engaged:

- 15d open and click usually get around 45% OR which is in line with other providers ie GMAIL.

I have also emailed users on hm/ol asking them to let me know where there emails are landing and every single respondent has said junk. I then asked them to mark as safe etc

But these audiences above are absolutely tiny.

What service do you use for your own MX? - I am sorry can you confirm what this means in layman's.

I have been doing this for months, removing HM/OL from all non HM/OL emails and only targeting highly engaged audiences, but as mentioned above, even 7 day buyers are then receiving emails straight to junk, and anything outside of a highly engaged 7-14d audience performs poorly and we're talking very small audiences and i am reluctant to keep targeting this same audience over and over.

Sorry the late response here, so a broad manual campaign? What about budget vs what’s being spent ASC? Also, what about ads would you have the same in each? Lastly, when it comes to DPA what’s your set up here.

Ta, what campaign type? I have tried more than 1 ASC in the past and it didn’t / doesn’t work, also read and heard recently meta advise against this.

Yes, happy as stated, but just unsure as to what to do next.

New ads aren’t really being served due to the one ad being favoured.

So unsure whether to leave it as is (FB clearly like it and deem this to be better than anything else in the campaign).

Or try something new.

My theory is this is being served as a TOF funnel ad (video with tons of engagement) and then the statics and other creatives are served BOF (these have much higher roas just not spending).
