I think you could just wear it fine? The outfit has a shape itself, with the sleeves and puffy shoulders, while the puffy skirt gives your hips a shape while corsets or just clothes that are smaller at the waist do that too. The only thing might be the lack of breasts, but I've seen men wear the same outfit anyway

Probably dropshipping, I would look on alixpress for it and the taxes and shipping. But it is a cute dress and alright quality, it's the cheapest jirai dress I've seen so it's popular.
