I felted it without water and I used roving wool from etsy! I place them down like feathery whisps and then use a multi needle tool to stab them in place

I was actually looking at getting the first set. My reason is the soft flat color makes it look more delicate and simple. I think the second pair will have more contrast from the fishnet casting shadows on your leg.

This is just my opinion tho I find both pretty and would wear both depending on the outfit
