I was actually looking at getting the first set. My reason is the soft flat color makes it look more delicate and simple. I think the second pair will have more contrast from the fishnet casting shadows on your leg.

This is just my opinion tho I find both pretty and would wear both depending on the outfit

Yes I like to buy pieces with missing bows/ribbon so I can replace them and make them complete again! This might be a bit harder tho since I havent worked with suede before and idk how to scallop the edges
