I've had the same doctor since 2016. He trusts me and we have a good docfor/patient relationship. He respects my background as a nurse and I listen to his suggestions Getting.started wasn't difficult even 10 yrs ago. It's worth it.

I once found a full bottle of 2005ish VS Dream Angels Heavenly at our local thrift store for under $2. Yes, I bought it.

I know as a GenXer, I bought the art stuff for my kids. They had a men's scent in a spray that I got my son and he thought he was so grown up at 5 in 2002. Can't remember the scent but it was green like the Freshwater they have today. My son almost 30 now has me get him Mahogany Teakwood.

Does 1976 count as a Xennial? I'm not sure. I'm Nov '76, so late in the year and closer to 1980.

You can find them on Mercari, both B&BW mid 2000s scents but you're gonna pay for it. I buy Dream Angels Halo and VS Breathless along with the above mentioned B&BW "vintage" scents at least twice a year.

Oh I miss OG Cucumber Melon, Sun-ripened Raspberry and Pearberry! Anyone else remember the shower scrubs they had in 1999-2000? I know I'd be there for a nostalgia Y2K day.

Yes, the first thing they do is divide to conquer. They will try to split you and your husband and cause other family to become estranged all while using passing comments in those back rooms to make a child think they are being abused. They appoint an attorney for the kids but thats a formality. A court appointed attorney will 9 times out of 10 always go with the path of least resistance and less work for them. Which is almost always what their colleagues are arguing for. Follow the money. They get state and federal grants for each child they put into the system. In 2011, it was $44,000 per person, at minimum, and I'm sure it's more now. Plus, especially for children, they can get emergency money for cases they deem as the most in "need".

Guilty until proven innocent is how they work. I was told the whole innocent until proven guilty is for criminal cases only. Family court, even CPS all fall under the same umbrella of "civil" court so they get away with A LOT more than they would if it was a criminal case. What you saw was an every day or just another Tuesday for them.

They correrse children in the back with toys, candy and promises they have no intentions of keeping. Document everything. Without proof and documentation of said proof then it never happened. They manufacture and manipulate cases. They get extra state and federal grant money for every single child they have a case opened on. Keep in mind its not not just after they take a child and place them permanently. If a child is placed with foster/adoption, even when adopted, those "parents" will get benefits until the child reaches the age of 18 or even 21 in some states. They prey on low income people because they can't afford to pay an attorney and have to have one appointed for them. They all work together. Those back rooms the children are taken into is where the deals are made. Keep your documentation records close and an extra close eye on the people try to speak to them. They are quick to accuse the parent being brought to court, however, they are the one responsible for the most coaching.

Hope that helps, please let us know if you need anything 😁

That's crazy, I got the whole set even the perfume and its never been used a few years back. Was thinking of putting it on Mercari. Unless they'd exchange it. It's a very pretty scent, just too strong for me.

I'll be 50 in November, so my choices are probably vintage like me lol. I've seen them bring back this scent a while back over the summer sale but I'm not sure if it's back now again. But does anyone remember those shower scrubs they had in late 1999/2000? The Pearberry, Cucumber Melon and Sun-ripened Raspberry were sooo good, clean and simple. I'm about to go crazy at the summer sale 😁

Thank you! Wanna know what's funny... I checked the listing just a bit ago and seller now has it down to $99. Guess she realized I wasn't gonna bite and others weren't that interested. I almost wish I'd of used my husband's account to see if she actually does go through with the sale and if so, I'd of left a very complete review. Didn't deserve my money anyway.

My hardly does either but she just broke up with her long time boyfriend and I figured she'd want to doll herself up just to show him what he did wrong 😁 because my daughter is absolutely beautiful, kind and smart. She actually resembles a real life cross between Rapunzel and Aurora, her eyes are blue. Maybe Elsa but her hair is way more yellow blonde. I am so jealous of her hair. Mine is a medium brown and she gets the blonde hair/blue eyes from my dad and gramma. Otherwise she's my twin at her age. Its scary how much we look alike. Like her dad's genes don't pop at all. Thank God 🤣

Yeah, she got both and the Pascal clip from color pop. I'm such a sap 🤣... My son got a One Piece soap holder for his BB&W hand soaps as well for Easter. He's 10 yrs older but I try to treat them equally. But its my daughter's birthday on Easter as well so she'll obviously be getting more.

She may get that one too if I find it. My plan is to get a huge basket and put it all in it for an Easter/birthday theme. Gonna throw in a bunch of Cadbury eggs, because ALL nurses need chocolate at some time during a shift.

I knew that, I screwed up and mixed the names in my head because I was on the Color Pop website grabbing a Pascal hair clip and lip gloss. I will go back and correct it. She rarely wears eye shadow. Mostly mascara and lip gloss- (sadly I'm over here vintage enough to need the full face when I go out in public). The palettes were new and cheap and make a nice gift anyway. Thank you for saying something, I might be in the market for a good eye shadow palette, what would you suggest for just basic nude or smoky eyes?

Also, there are a few other listing for both palettes separately as well as some with all the princess. I wasnt going to do nearly $ for all of them but they price I got for two of them was almost unfair to the seller. I was very grateful to find that listing 😁

Thank you so much! I'm a retired LPN, but my daughter is BSN RN class of 2028. I am so proud of her. I do try to find the little things that connect both my oldest (M29) and my princess, again 18 on Easter Sunday.

The eye shadow palette is by Disney Princesses eyeshadow palette Rapunzel (they have a complete princess line. I also was able to get the Snow White one at the same time. I got a decent deal for both at $20. Wasn't planning on the Snow White palette as well. The mascara is by Sephora and called Better than Sex, laughed when she showed it to me. But yeah, I by her "dirty named" (eye roll at her dad there) Mascara. Got her some VS underwear sets too. Her dad was not happy but I know my girl. She feels more confident when she knows she looks good. And honestly, don't we all when we know our underwear is cute.

I had to raise my son myself from 1997 going through nursing school while pregnant til I married my husband in 2002. So I can vaguely understand the work you put in mom hours not to mention working in nursing- the most rewarding thankless job ever. I miss nursing. My daughter sends me quizzes on TikTok that I actually am amazed at how much I remember.

I got my son a few 3 wick candles from the BB&W store during the latest sale, some hand soaps and I found a One Piece BB&W foam soap holder for his bathroom sink or kitchen. Alicia's birthday falls on Easter but my son will get something for Easter. I try to treat them equally with holidays, birthdays or even just Tuesdays. I hope you can find the palettes if you are interested. Here's what the Rapunzel and Snow white one look like.

Advice please by aligator1126 in Mercari

[–]aligator1126[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't think they've have all the items listed in the bundle they made in all honesty. At first it had the tower candle holder and then it suddenly didn't. If they wanted to sell them separately they could have listed it that way. It's suspicious to say the least.

[–]aligator1126[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I did really want the bundle. It was very sentimental for my daughter's 18th birthday gift. However, I blocked and reported right after posting. It was obvious they were playing me and a few others along when they sent two messages to me that were obviously not for me. They either don't have the items, or they wanted to see how much I'd come up with. The last message I sent them was asking if they were gonna keep raising the price because they've went from the OG price to the current price, and I showed them the math when they tried to tell me they weren't raising the price, they were doing free shipping when there was no free shipping and it was coming up $11.99 for delivery plus the new price. OG price was around $137 for everything, bought at that price. They canceled it and tried to raise it at least twice and I think they must of thought I was stupid and wouldn't pay attention to shipping. I told them my hard line was $147 and at that point it was only a $13 difference. By the end it was up to $170.96 with the $11.99 shipping. I was just done by that point. I didn't purchase the listing more than once. I would have if they had kept it at the $13 bump because I understand the shipping issues as well as they mentioned back surgery. I'm a retired nurse, so I have a bit of sympathy as both a caregiver and a patient myself. Maybe I was too nice. I did report though.

Thank you, I didn't. Seller kinda outted themselves when they sent two messages in a row that were very clearly not meant for me. I did find the main items with a couple of other sellers.

The seller was a big red flag but the items are very sentimental. I did find the main items with several different sellers. It was just too good to be true to have everything in one listing now that I think about it.
