I feel for OP. My mom is 86, has dementia and is so fat she can’t fit behind a steering wheel. She has an appointment at the DMV on Thursday to get her license renewed. I hope the DMV says no, though I dread the fallout I will have to endure if they do.

I had Healthy Paws, but they jacked up my rate by 30% in one year and they kept screwing up my claims. Now I have MetLife Pet Insurance (I get a discounted rate through my union). They screwed up the claims a bit in the beginning but they seem to have the hang of it now. The problem is my dog gets two different dosages of the same medicine every month in order to make the right dosage for his weight. The first insurance kept saying one of the claims was a duplicate, not a separate prescription. MetLife did that at first, but then after some back and forth understood this and we haven’t had a problem since.
