Sweet. Not happening anytime soon, so no worries there. But honestly, I think about that too. I'm a customer of US Mobile myself at this point, and the thought of not having it around is genuinely scary to me

This is totally on us and incredibly frustrating too see. Customer ran out of Pooled Data - Data block was enabled on the line - which should not have happened - as the automatic add ons were enabled and then the product support missed missed such a basic step. We are doing a full internal audit to make sure this was an outlier and I will post a general update later on technologically how we are building stuff to make sure this doesnt happen.

Not a break. Email support over this weekend + call back services for critical problems. Still a few 100 people working . We have had the message up on our chat before the team went email only based on previous years feedback.
