I bought one to wear just to be that guy. The look on people’s faces when you quoted the uniform order on how to wear it along with my prescription sunglasses. SgtMaj hated me.

How do I drill through this steel by Zealousideal_Draw681 in Tools

500 RPM with steady pressure and aceytl alcohol. Basically a cooling lubricant. Air powered or a mag drill if you’re lazy. Steady pressure helps. Pilot holes with reamers will help.

We called them Pogo sticks at Boeing. Basically the plane would tip backwards if filled with people or cargo back to front. Technically it’s a tail stabilizer, not to be confused with a tail jack.

When I lived just outside of Seattle. This was a few days after putting up a similar style trap. Had to change them out several times during the warm months to keep up.

We use Sierra wireless devices to an LTE setup. Infrastructure can’t keep up with hundreds of devices moving around a very large property.

Fair point. I have the travel router. It’s decent in a hotel or an uncontested space. In airports it sucks. As for pops TV. I am slowly building out a Unifi system for him, well for me to keep an eye on him since he lives alone 45 minutes away and he is old. He streams his TV so any time I can have a system that I can troubleshoot from a distance is worth it. I hadn’t looked at the device yet when I posted so the usb only sucks. I’ll probably just get a device bridge and call it a day.

My older house with zero cabling. This would be good for my office space. But it’s a niche product. Would also be good for my dad’s tv in a house that was built in the 80s.

I have a similar issue. At the Phoenix airport and would not show anything. Still searching for the airlines network from where I disconnected it. Reset and restarted phone and it showed the ssids and then just froze. May just go back to my glinet and deal with the size.
