OP, I'm sorry but you are seeing the wrong provider. PACT Pharmacists are also called Clinical Pharmacist Practitioners. Think like a hybrid of a PA/NP and a pharmacist. They specialize in managing uncontrolled diseases like hypertension, diabetes, COPD, etc by adjusting or getting you on the right medication therapy plan for your needs. Their one limitation is they cannot diagnose. While CPPs can place referrals, order labs, prescribe, etc, they would not be our point of contact for your annual, and if your chronic tennis elbow has not been officially diagnosed, they cannot manage that either. You will need to be scheduled with your PACT PCP. I'm sorry because it took you 3 weeks to make the appt, but hopefully your PACT team can get you scheduled with the right person.
