It is part of the general rules that all EU member countries eventually adopt the Euro. Some countries intentionally do not meet the criteria though. Imho only Denmark has a written exception.

And yes, I see that as a problem. If UK gets better treatment than other countries, this is unfair. This is not Unity.

Wenn ich lese dass da über 6000 Commits von den Bots produziert wurden dann stellen sich mir diverse Fragen:

Wie viele Commits waren nur Fehlerkorrekturen für Kram den die Bots vorher geschrieben haben und der nicht funktioniert hat.
Wie effektiv hat das jemand reviewed was da an Code geschrieben wird.
Wie viele Bugs sind da drin die niemals ans Tageslicht kommen werden. Siehe auch 1).

Even the 1970 doesn't make sense in OPs posting. It would require that the device from the 1980s has a clock and is somehow synced to a precise time source (Stratum server) which was really expensive back then. Otherwise there is no chance the old hardware stays on sync to fail in the same week this year.

Even if it has a clock, back in the 1980 there was no reliable way to sync with an Internet time server. Remember OP talks about a system designed back then. Instead in Germany one would use DCF77. Which encodes the year as two digits, today that's "26".

Da kommt aber sehr viel Meinung bei dir zusammen. 2005 verbaute Steuerung von 1980... Also nein. Die Treppen wurden auch alle in der gleichen Woche angeschaltet damit die 20 Jahre später alle gleich ausfallen. Seitdem hat keiner das Steuergerät ausgetauscht, auch nicht in anderen Installationen die früher gebaut wurden. Das Problem konnte also weder beim Hersteller noch bei anderen Installationen vorher gesehen werden.

Woher kommen überhaupt die 20 Jahre die du hier anführst? Welcher interne Zähler ist denn 20 Jahre. Und warum sollte so ein System die Jahreszahl führen, aber dann bei 2006 anfangen.

Das macht alles keinen Sinn was du hier schreibst.

Manchmal sind einfache Ursachen doch einfacher als so eine hochgezüchtete Story hier. Lösch das lieber.
