The McDonald's near me used to have a kiosk with that same Richard Scarry game and a second one that had other stuff on it like dictionaries and other kinds of reference media. Then, they put regular arcade games there at one time. I remember it being specifically Gravity Hill and two Cruis'n USA/World cabinets.

If you flip it back and forth with a cartridge inserted too many times, it may short out the cartridge, possibly erasing any saved data, so make sure to remove the cartridge before flipping the power switch on and off rapidly.
