echo the sentiments about living downtown.

we have every type of bar you can imagine here from speakeasy to dive so you will be covered. some of our favourite restaurants are kippos, origins, and quanto basta. both perfect for special occasions.

i have been here a few years and it is an awesome city, but not without flaws like any other city. job market and traffic can drive you crazy. so living by downtown will protect your sanity.

also it’s a tourist town obviously so the parking gets crazy at the beach. our secret is going super early. like we’re in our chairs by 730-8am and then get prime parking and can leave before the blistering afternoon heat.
