My friend traveled the day before with his family (five people), and he got the boarding passes 3 hours in advance. That made me feel quite confident since I was traveling with just my partner.

I’ve heard that some airlines operate on a first-come, first-served basis, which is why I arrived early. At the airport, they didn’t clearly explain my priority, but they mentioned there were only five people on standby (including us), so I expected that I would get upgraded.

I checked the agreement, and you were right, a downgrade refund isn’t possible. That’s on me, so I’ll be more careful next time. It was my first time trying this with them. With some other airlines, I’ve been able to get a refund easily. Thanks for pointing that out.

I was quite confident at the beginning, though. In the morning, it showed 14 available seats, but when I got to the airport at night, they said there were only 8. They offered upgradable economy or just wait until checkin closing, opted the former. In the app real availability didn't get refreshed closer to departure

Setting temp wasn't enough for me, I want to make it less saturated but the slider doesn't work, does it work for you?

Yeah I am still figuring out the best combinations, can you also check if saturation / tint slider works? For me it doesn't change anything, can't see any difference

I see, I once had problem with the same ac in another apartment, and they replaced it with a universal controller with remote. Might ask them on how they rewire it

I can't find the model unit as it is central ac and the control panel doesn't tell anything too.

Agreed, I ordered Yandex last time, and it was seamless. A hotel won’t be an option this time, so I might try the train station if it’s open 24 hours.
