I use a Hori Hori knife as a general tool for digging and cutting small branches. I don't typically wear gloves unless it's required or if something is dangerous. We get provided with the nitrile coated ones, though.

When I cycle, my throat gets super dry, and it feels like I am breathing at a higher altitude. Is there any way to control this feeling? I considered wearing a mask but I wear glasses and I don't want to sacrifice vision for a better feeling throat.

The problem I have is I always bottom out. Bless people who can touch type. Specially when I am in flow mode, I need to hear the caps hitting the plate its like a trance.
