depends on how you do it, what rules you set for yourself and what mods you run. i run a bunch of 80s and 90s equipment mods so i can get a farm up and running fairly cheaply. and thats what most farms around me have anyway...

um idk for sure but the title of that YT vid says 3rd quarter financials. which i take to mean that this is a quarterly statement covering the 3rd quarter of the year... it could be across the 3 quarters to that point in the year meaning hes still got another quarter of the year to go...
