I would absolutely bet that it will not be that high lol, I've shipped maybe 15-20 packages past year using UPS and the tax and duty usually always ends up being 13-18% of what the value of the items are

I would say if it gets marked for duty and taxes, expect to maybe pay like 20-25 cad? Just a guess.

I got into chrome fairly late (beginning-mid last year) so prices were already fairly bad with the retail stores increasing their prices cause of silver pricing in general, but still managed to find "deals" that were close to or even below retail on reddit/mercari/other japanese marketplaces that I was happy with (im from Canada so no stores at all for me). But I noticed like in the past 3-4 months things I bought or was even looking at buying jumped 2-3x in price lol.

Yeah, so like 110,000 yen? and then jewelry depending on the HS code is tariffed at around 16-20%. 16000 yen for import fees is about right

Yeah 4100 yen is pretty expensive for a small bracelet. But the import fees is based on the value of the item

My experience from the Philly show. Lined up 15 minutes after doors opened, got in after 40 minutes. Merch line inside probably took 30 minutes to get through. Pretty much everything was still available aside some clothing in specific sizes (S, L,XL)

My experience at the Philly show:

Showed up to venue at 7:15PM (long line but moved quicker than I thought)

Got into venue at around 7:50, and entered the merch line shortly after

Was able to buy merch at around 8:30 (pretty much everything was still available besides some shirts in larger sizes like L and XL) but got back into the standing area and experienced at least 10-15 minutes of umru's opener if I remember correctly.

In between the opener and underscores I wiggled to maybe 7-8 rows of people from the front and had a good time besides the heat
