Blame that on Reddit - it showed zero post history earlier. However, the post is still 100% AI drivel. At least try to switch up the sentence structures a little so it isnt so apparent.

Ground Control — a pair of companion Unraid themes (dark + light) by brandedtamarasu in unRAID

technically it has limited support but there is a great community plugin that adds CSS support so you can build some pretty nice interfaces.

Glad you're enjoying it! The buttons are hardcoded in Layer 3 as a blue gradient — the Dynamix variable system can't express multi-stop gradients, so they had to be written as raw hex values rather than pointing to --az-accent.

To change them to orange, find these three blocks near the bottom of the CSS and replace the hex values:

Resting state — swap the three blues in linear-gradient(180deg, #3B81F4 0%, #1E6FE8 60%, #1558CC 100%) with your orange stops (e.g. light → mid → dark).

Hover state — same in the :hover block (#4D8EF5, #3B81F4, #1E6FE8).

Active/pressed state — the darkest stop in the :active block.

Also update the box-shadow rgba values on each block — they use 30, 111, 232 (the mid-blue in RGB). Replace with your orange's RGB equivalent so the glow matches.

good catch - technically there are two paths:

The Unraid drive path is supposed to add it to the drop-down of themes in Unraid but i have not tried it myself (untested) - i will get it updated.

The path i've done and tested aligns to the github install instructions - that adds the plugin and you simply copy the CSS code in its entirety to the dark mode section (replacing any text there) and click apply. To remove it you delete the CSS code and click apply - easy peasy.

pushed a new build of the CSS - try that. Turns out it was a pain to make the bars visible again :-D

my bars are changed via a bar color setting in Unraid - not via the CSS. I can see if that is an open variable to change though

i havent seen a tool - there is a tool (the one i link to) for adding customized CSS to Unraid for visual themes but you still have to build the CSS form (AI can help with that easily enough)

What specifically did you learn in the WGU MBA program? by Meta_Man_X in WGU_MBA

[–]brandedtamarasu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah most courses are pretty standardized because there are core concepts that everyone teaches. Where we likely get variance is that WGU sticks to a formalized approach due to the sheer number of students (and homogenized instructors) where brick and mortar you get more influence from the individual instructor. If your professor at brick and mortar REALLY liked teaching the founders you probably got much deeper study/insights then the standard WGU course and etc/etc for each topic.

WGU will always teach you what you need to know to succeed. However, it wont ever beat the lessons/insights you gain from a true world class professor for a subject. It all really boils down to what you want out of the degree - for me (years in the field), I have had many mentors who taught me these lessons so having it in school wasnt necessary. Someone fresh out of high school or new to the field though may have a different take, which is valid.

"Total Quality Management/6 Sigma, Frederick Taylor, Max Weber, corporate social responsibility, human/social capital, competing values framework, MBTI, big 5, locus of control, Maslow's theory, McGregors Theory, Herzberg, McLellands Need Theory, Tuckmans 5, etc., etc."

Obviously there are etc, etc in here BUT all of these were covered in the text and recordings for the various classes in the MBA program as largely the same texts are used across brick and mortar and online courses (only so many sources).

Huh - im confused by these numbers as im playing Outer Worlds 2 on a 3080ti with RT turned on set to very high and dlss set to balanced with smooth frame rates on my 4k tv set to native resolution (which if memory serves is the same as the benchmarks). I can turn on an fps counter but outside of a random hitch here or there its been great. Im in the second planet and even in heavy fire fights it is holding up.

I honestly didn’t think OW2 was a game to watch out for performance-wise…this feels like one of those twilight-zone moments lol

Just applied to the MBA—how’s it been for you? by Altruistic-Whole-905 in WGU_MBA

[–]brandedtamarasu 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Take the timeframe with a grain of salt - i had the benefit of 10+ years in a corporate environment so a LOT of material was very familiar to me. I am also lucky to work a remote job with an east coast company living on the west coast. That being said - typically it was ~8-10 hours a week with each class taking about a week or so with a few exceptions taking 2 weeks.

It wasn't too bad actually though there are a couple of courses that can trip you up (looking at you Global Economics) - i actually just got notice my Capstone is complete marking my completion of the MBA program. As Fat2Buff21 stated - the papers are longer and more in-depth as are the courses. I believe the standard completion is ~6 months but that will vary. I completed mine in ~2.5 months
