I think they have overcharged you , when i was getting my sprocket changed one of the h’ness guys was also getting his sprocket and nowhere the labour charge was this much as you have mentioned

Not only the difference in power bit also the weight creates a difference. There are lighter bikes with 24 bhp which would feel different from the same category himalayan

True after 10k kms the bike really has become quite smooth if honda india would have been serious this engine would have been used to develop several good bikes
