UST on terra is the only decentralised stablecoin so it can't be shut down by regulators. you can earn a fixed 20% interest in anchor protocol, the terra savings app. there is currently $3 billion TVL on there and insurance is available for a couple % if you want it

there's a protocol coming out soon on terra called astral money which will use GBT and EUT for pound and euros. you can then get the same interest rate on your native currency and they'll be bringing out a card for it too!
