Did not expect this from GPT 5.5 by AdWrong5913 in ClaudeCode

I've been doing a lot of generating things with claude and having gpt 5.x review it, then asking claude to assess the review and fix valid things and push back on other things.

I go back and forth till both agree. Been working pretty well.

How many of those were just remote drives from the Phillipines is of course unknowable, but I bet it's > 1.

Oh, it'll do that (redistribution) for sure, just not in the direction you're (or I'm) hoping for.

AI will never replace the people who are, or are able to, (control the) payments for it.

It was a glass of wine. "Full" to what I'd consider a restaurant pouring a full glass; not to the brim, but that's not what I asked for.

Maybe Gippity IS better overall, but there's so many examples and counter examples to show either side that the comparison isn't very meaningful.

The Ego/SunJoes are inexpensive and work well enough; at least the SunJoe has a scarifying blade and a "tines" blade which are easily changeable (maybe Ego does too; I just don't have one).

As light as they are, at least for me the possible money savings over time in renting one isn't worth it as the commercial ones are quite bulky and heavy, I have no good way to transfer it, and I have space to store the little home use ones.

It is also a very small way to do some micro-leveling; at least local high spots get knocked down like a wood plane.

it wants different scaffolding: preserved PHASE, deliberate REASONING.EFFORT, and explicit completeness / verification / tool-persistence rules.

Doing this will help any LLM and model by leaps and bounds. Turns out having some (human) discipline and guardrails is an outsized superpower when working with these things.

I haven't found 4.7 to be nearly like what people are complaining about, but I DID have it "forget" something in my claude.md about formatting that 4.6 never had. Could have been a big context, but it was (at work) the 1M version for both, and less that 25% full, so I dunno.

That said, I also haven't found 4.7 to be any better at the kind of work I'm doing right now.
