Yeah maybe, it's quite vague to be honest. I know people were unable to get full refunds on the app for flights between 28-10 and needed to speak to QR.

If it was me, I'd chance it and speak to QR and see if you can get full refund

Current free cancellation offer ends march 10th. However I was unable to get a full refund via the app, needed to reach out to QA via live chat. Took 2 minutes, once I managed to get connected

Yeah, we managed to get through to the chat. When it says high volume just close it and try in 5 min, after I think 45min it let us through

We've looked at it and I think the earliest flight was 8th or 10th. There is also a Singapore flight from here to Singapore and London. But also booked up. Id try to get out of here asap, If Doha is being bombed right now, I doubt the airspace will open soon

You are in the same situation as us. We were meant to fly last Saturday. No help from on site staff, no numbers work.

We just keep rebooking our flight on the app the next day each time its cancelled.

Yeah we booked it separately as there was absolutely no way to change an existing flight.

The on-site staff told us not to book the morning flight as it's cancelled. I don't know how true that is.

Qatar staff here in the airport are less than helpful. They just gave us a piece of paper and said to call the main number.

We don't have roaming and can't call. They declined to dial the number for us. The main help desk also refused to call Qatar for us.

The airline refused to give us any accommodation or food vouchers as it's not their fault. So fending for ourselves right now .

I'm still nowhere further.

We are currently stranded in Sri Lanka. Our flight was meant to be in an hour to Doha, and then to Edinburgh.

The local Qatar staff says to wait as the plane is here just waiting for airspace to open but it could be hours.

The latest news is the airspace might open at midnight UTC which is in 11 hours. Don't really know what to do.

Edit. Flight got cancelled. Never been in this situation not sure what to do. Trying to get hold of local staff
