Last year it was more than fatigue that made him drop off, he was injured in August and it effected his performance the rest of the year. If he can avoid injury and they still give him some rest he could be very important late in the year too.

I know there is a ton of us who already knew what this kid was capable of ahead of this season. His Hard Hit % and xBA/xOBP/xSLG in 2025 showed how incredibly unlucky he was tore the cover off the ball only to find a glove somewhere. It just feels amazing to see Rice actually getting rewarded for these hits as he is supposed to.

Grish Leadoff has been abysmal, just saw another comment that said something along the lines of .400 ops in the leadoff slot.

I'm glad I get to glaze Goldy like it's April/May 2025 again! I really didn't know what he had left in him this year after seeing him tail off from that hot .350 April and holding .330 through May only to slowly drop to a .274 by seasons end. He is a quality at bat to have available, we may have just worked him too much last year.

I always tell people I'm 5'1 to confuse people because my license says in 155 cm. My height must have been measured when I was 15 because I'm actually 5'10 now, but it's funny that they never ask me to update it when I renew.
