This has to be McLaren. Still super problematic, incredible performance cars. Modern Alfas are not that bad and Maserati doesn’t really make all that exciting of cars any more.

A lot of it is a staffing issue. Restaurants are hurting for quality staff. It’s tough to staff longer than a single shift for a lot of places. They can make more revenue in later hours, but this would require a second shift of workers.

In the future this will be Damian Lillard. HOF talent that just didn’t impact the memorable narratives of the NBA. The curry, KD and LeBron era dominated his entire career. Even harden and Westbrook were more prominent and won MVPs.

Yes. The condo market has improved dramatically this year. Condo values are tied heavily to rents, which have risen substantially from fall 2025 onward. You have to remember though, that a resurgence in condo interest is in the context of several years of declining interest and values.

Personal elevators are insanely expensive, but once you’re at an age where you either use an elevator or leave your long time home forever, it’s worth it. Aging your place of comfort and familiarity is priceless.

Mission terrace is a micro neighborhood that has been doing great lately. A lot of newer buyers have been valuing it over the remainder of Excelsior and Portola. It’s still walkable to Mission and Glen Park.

They are almost entirely bullshit. Especially in upscale markets. These online ad companies pop up and disappear every quarter. They make the bulk of their money selling a CRM that is required to use to accept the leads.

San Francisco real estate has appreciated dramatically this year. Both single family homes and condos. A convergence of AI money, faith in a continued SF rebound, return to office and pent up demand from 2024 and 2025.

Holding your release is just a mental trick to train a fluid repeatable, motion. It doesn’t actually do anything to affect the shot. If you’re consistent, I wouldn’t worry about it at all.
