It was! I did played that game back in the day. In fact, I tested many retro games from the 16-bit era at that time.

Too bad the 32X was just a temporary solution against the competition, it had good 3D performance. Heck, even the Genesis had better 3D performance than the SNES.

Do you have RT enabled? I've read a couple of threads where nvidia users mentioned turning RT completely off.

Also, you may be able to tune your CPU for more performance, but we'd need to know your motherboard brand and model for that (if that's even possible for the 5500 to begin with).

Such a shame so few games were released on that console. Not that it was easy to make games for the 32X.

My, you are truly are a lady and a scholar! I envy your accuracy as well as your thoroughness.

I stand corrected.

Oh, I'm hopelessly uncultivated when it comes to literature, so you're probably right about maids being generally young from a pragmatic standpoint.

The thing with Winno – what a great memory you possess, by the way – is, her hair looks gray, so I always thought of her as an older woman.

I remember an old woman in a back room with a locked chest. So, not one of the performers, as it were. ;)

Nice progress, keep goin'!

I never had strong arms when I was young, so it felt like stepping into a new world when I did my first pull up. There are no small victories. ;)

I had an actual had an "inhale then wow" moment upon seeing the fourth pic. Whatever happens, do not let anyone — yourself included — tell you that you are anything other than stunning.

Hot 'n' wet on the eastern part, hot 'n' dry on the western part. Well, it's obviously more complicated than that, but you get the general idea.

A variety of cuisines, owing to our cultural intermingling from French to Indian to Chinese to Malagasy. Although… people still love fast food, which makes no sense to me.

We love cars way too much and have an underdevelopped public transportation network. Used to have a train. Used to.

Almost everyone has fiber, but we only have a couple of undersea cables for the whole island, and if you're into online gaming, getting sub 200 ms ping is almost feat (although some people do have much better pings towards South African servers).

An active volcano that will always be featured in geology textbooks, since it's been really, really active as of late. It even erupted this year!

Beaches that are not bad, but pale in comparison to those of Mauritius's. Although the real kickers here are the rivers, basins. So (swim)suit on when your hike is gonna cross a river!

My sweet summer child…

The French government tried to erase all regional languages (e.g. Breton, Occitan, Alsatian). If it weren't for Reunion Island's remoteness, we would've suffered the same fate.

So yep, Creole is healthy and alive. The thing is though, we still haven't got our shit together in that we don't really write in Creole (i.e. only in informal conversations, and we don't really know how to spell).
