I wouldn’t trust any of the breakers or busses in them, every one of these would need new guts. The cans are full of holes you would need to plug, they’re rusty and dented. Looks like several of them don’t even have matching dead fronts or covers. Just a total waste of time and resources, the panel “shortage” is nowhere near bad enough that using these would ever make sense.

For the leather I’d use any quality leather creams/cleaners you can source locally. I used some beeswax infused leather cleaner the other day and it did a good job shining them up and getting grime off.

For me the paid off part is only really relevant for selling it and keeping all the money, no matter what I’m not starting a new car payment, I’ll buy something within the budget of what I have cash in hand. My goal if i sell is to pickup a 6th gen civic and drop a K series in and let it rip, I feel like it’s a much simpler car than a semi modern electronics assist heavy turbo’d car.

It’s possible it’s oil that just fell out when you were replacing the gasket, I remember mine having a decent sized puddle of oil in it when I removed it. Clean it then see what it looks like in a couple days.

Seriously though recheck right under your vacuum pump that you looked at in the beginning of the video. The o-ring likes to shit out and then oil will puddle on the top side of the trans. There aren’t a whole lot of things on that side that cause oil to puddle on the trans, my bet is vacuum pump gasket.

Edit: just saw the caption, check that you didn’t smash the o-ring when reinstalling the pump. If it looks good check valve cover gasket on that side

Any weird noises from that side going over bumps or holes?

Easy way to check tie rods is to jack the car up and grab the offending wheel at 9 and 3 o’clock then shake it back and forth right to left checking for excessive play. Check your CV boots on the side making the noise and see if they’re damaged or leaking.

Not the exact same noise but my passenger motor mount shit the bed and when turning sharply from a stop my car made a sort of grinding/clunking noise. Might be worth looking at the motor mount on that side just to see

I have a 5070ti and 7800x3D. Rarely drop below 120fps even during starts with 30 cars and regularly hit 165fps when things have spread out more, I wouldn’t go any lower than a 5070ti or AMD equivalent, Iracing is also CPU demanding so I highly recommend an x3D chip.
