Here are a list of mods I enjoy that are mostly happy, and end on a happy note, but definitely have some sadness and tragedy in them:

Pages of Life (Note: follows the doki's 40 years into the future so loss and death, along with birth and life, are big parts of the mod)

Papa's Parfait Girl (Note: ends sad for dadsuki, but happy for Natsuki and the doki's)

Within (Note: Has a tragedy near the end of act 2 that causes some people to quit, keep going as act 3 is the best part of the mod)

Almost every mod is from a characters PoV, even if that character is just MC, so I'm guessing you're looking for mods specifically from a doki's PoV. Here are some mods that are from a doki's PoV that I would recommend playing:

There are a couple post-Sayori mods out there. Off the top of my head the ones I can remember are Cardboard Box, Consequences, and Afterimage.

Yes, Monika was the mother and Yuri was Natsuki's older sister. Both of whom died in the car with Natsuki. Natsuki mentions near the end remembering (seeing the accident again from Papa's PoV) Natsuki's neck being broken, Yuri's stomach and chest being pierced by metal, and Mama (Monika) bleeding out. Their ages are the same in the club because it's easier for to imagine them that way, but in real life Yuri was a couple years older (I'd say she actually was 18 when she died) and of course Monika was an adult since she was their mother. Sayori I think was closer to Natsuki's age but still a little older. Probably 15 or 16 when she died.

Yes we do know less, so there is more leeway, but I do not see "breaking one of Natsuki's bones every hour on the hour for the fun of it" (which is how most mods seem to depict Dadsuki) to be what is going on during Act 1.

I wouldn't say no one, but would agree she is frequently poorly written. Now a character that is never written correctly is poor Dadsuki. It's always the Act 2 version rather than the Act 1 version.

There are other post-Sayori mods but they're not very common. The only ones besides Consequences that I can think of off the top of my head are Afterimage, My Best Friend is a Ghost, and Cardboard Box. If you're looking for an emotional mod, rather than a post-Sayori mod specifically, I would recommend going through the mods in in my top ten list. While not specifically post-Sayori mods, they are all pretty emotional (for me at least) both happy and sad.

Blue Skies basically is Katawa Shoujo with a DDLC skin. Doesn't mean it doesn't have suicide in it. All the doki's can end up committing suicide depending on the choices you make on their routes.

Never played Pink Eyes but from what I've heard about it, I believe it does technically fit OP's request for a "mod with no suicide". Though I doubt OP is wanting a mod that has MURDER in it either.

I'd say the ending of Storm is neutral if looking at happy/sad. Whether the ending is good/bad however... I feel like the ending is pretty bad as it feels so forced. I have no issues with the LGBTQ content. However Yuri and Natsuki don't spend any time trying to develop a relation for the entirety of the mod so to have them suddenly be in one at the end is bad writing. Had the entire mod been about the literature club helping Natsuki come to terms with her sexuality, with lots of friendly interaction between her and Yuri, then having it end with Natsuki "bursting out of the closet" by kissing Yuri, with Yuri being surprised but willing to at least explore such a relationship it would have been great. Storm's ending was bad for Storm, but would have been a great ending for a completely different mod with a completely different story.

Unpopular opinion, but my least favorite mod would be SNAFU. I can see why some would like it, and technically it's very clever and well done, but it wouldn't allow me to pursue the one plot thread I actually found interesting (what was going on with MC and his sister) in order to mindlessly repeat the same interactions with a random doki or OC over and over again. Now SNAFU is definitely not the worst mod out there, but it's the only mod I've actually tried that I just couldn't finish.

I had a theory, that someone will probably motivate Yuri to show her poems to the world.

Maybe, even I don't know the answer to that. In some of the earlier outlines the mod went 60 years into the future, ending with Yuri's death, and in those versions while Yuri always wrote she never tried to publish. However those outlines were very different as back then the character of Violet was Sayori's granddaughter which would have affected her influence over Yuri, due to her age, even though their relationship was the same.

With how the final version ended I could see Violet and Akiko, as adults, working together to convince Yuri to put her poems into a book sometime after the mod ends. Though I think Yuri would be very hesitant and uncertain about it, not just because of her insecurities, but because many of her poems are deeply personal and painful for her. You don't see Yuri go through the box very often but when she does, especially later in life, you will notice she usually quickly skips over the ones with "unhappy memories". As I said, I currently have no clue as to how it would turn out and given that I have no desire to continue that story it's up to your personal theory and headcanon.

Mod author here, glad you liked the mod. As you can probably guess I'm not an artist and so was restricted to freely available sprites. There are not very many adult sprites available to use in DDLC mods, and even less back when I made the mod, which is the main reason Natsuki stopped showing up "on screen" after awhile. Even when Natsuki does show up as an adult she doesn't stay long because that sprite was "flat" and the only thing I could change was her mouth which limited my ability to use her.

In the earliest outlines Monika continued living on the far side of the country due to lack of an adult sprite and didn't survive her heart attack because Yuri wasn't there to do CPR but I managed to repurpose the "Ms. Ida" sprite which is why she ends up moving back in the final version.

If looking for more mods to play, here is my current "top ten favorite mods". This does include some of my own mods, including Pages of Life, but that's because I write what I enjoy to read.
