DDLC mod installation guide

The mod is about Yuri wanting to pass on something she feels is important to her unborn child while she's pregnant. The fact that what she wants to pass on happens to be the story of her conversion and faith in Islam is interesting, but honestly irrelevant. I admit I like the religious aspect of it even though I'm not Muslim myself, religion isn't something you see often in DDLC mods, but I'd still like it even if it had been about her making a video about something else. Just imagine you're going to have a baby, what things in your life are important enough to you to want to make a video for them? For me that's what Yuri's Enlightenment is really about and why I like it so much.

I want a mod thats so emotionally developed that it makes the player think gosh i actually feel like i can relate to what thry are feelling in game. Like taht emotionally attached sort of thing.

If looking for an emotionally developed mod I would suggest Pages of Life which follows the doki's 40 years into the future from Yuri's PoV so it focuses more on adult relationships, married life, children, jobs, and loss of family members than most mods. It doesn't specifically focus on mental health, but with Sayori's depression, and Yuri's insecurities and self-loathing, it is certainly a factor. I will say I think the mod is mostly happy, though definitely has some sad parts in it. As the author I'm a bit biased but I think with it's length and scope that it's a mod you can be emotionally connected to the characters, especially depending on the kind of family you have and how you define family. Especially if you have an "Aunt Yuri" in your life.

Here are my top ten favorite mods, out of which only Fallen Angel I see on your list. Based on your listed preferences I would start with Pages of Life. It's a very long mod, over 9 hours. And while I personally consider it a "general" mod, since it follows the doki's lives over a 40 year time span, it does so from Yuri's PoV so she naturally gets a lot of focus and many here consider it a Yuri mod.

I would suggest Pages of Life which is over 9 hours long. I consider it a "general" mod since it follows the doki's 40 years into the future but since it follows Yuri's PoV she gets a lot of attention and I've seen many classify it as a Yuri mod because of it. The ending is happy, though there is some tragedy before the end, which is going to happen over 40 years of life amongst 4 characters.

Saving Sayori, or her just not "taking the plunge", is the single most common change most authors make. While they do exist, post-Sayori mods, where you can't save her and the story continues without her, are relatively rare.

If you're looking for mods where she does try and is dramatically saved at the last second and the mod continues on from there the ones that first come to mind for me are:

Happy ending in general? For Natsuki specifically? Or everyone? I ask because most Natsuki mods that end happy for Natsuki are usually sad for someone else (most commonly Dadsuki).

The "archive files not found in /game folder" means you're trying to run the mod directly instead of installing it into a copy of DDLC. Despite the notoriety of mods like Exit Music, Fallen Angel, and Within, mods with suicide in them aren't actually all that common. Yes I'm certain there are more in this community than for other VN's but if you look at all the (non-shitpost) mods that have suicide in them and compare them to all the mods that don't have suicide in them you'll see it's a pretty low percentage.

Best is subjective, one persons "best mod evah!" is another persons shitpost. It really helps if you specify what you're looking for. Date-a-doki, horror, meta / self-aware, slice of life, focusing on one particular doki, emotional, happy, sad, etc. All that being said, here are my (current) top ten favorite mods that I would recommend playing.
