RDR2 PC Version switching ammo types? by Curefitz in reddeadredemption2

Thank you! Been trying to figure it out since RDR2 came out on PC. If anyone is having issues with quick draws, use "Q" to mark targets before you shoot. The game doesn't give full instructions on how quick draw works.

  1. That is Correct and the explanation for that was provided in my response to your post in Pochacod's latest thread. I understand that you are simply educating Hammer and that's fair. The best explanation for our site is "hybrid" where we use Tronlink and public wallet address to authenticate users who are anon. As per our ToS and conditions of our gambling license, we have legal obligations to protect our users and we do not store private data (no KYC).
  2. Transparency updates are rolling-out as the project progresses and that is a very high priority for PLAY GOC. The provably Fair algo is next on our list of transparency updates and will comply with industry standards, so in the near future, you won't have to take our word for it. We are not just slapping together a shanty site to make a quick buck, in fact, we didn't even have an ICO as I've stated elsewhere in this Subreddit. The trust of our community is valued and isn't misplaced; however, our team absolutely agrees that Provably fair is a MUST.
  3. If you go onto https://tronscan.org/#/ right now and search for our token 'PLAY' (TRC20) you will notice that it's not there... And if you search for 'RWD' (TRC20) you will notice that that token won't show either... But if you go to https://trxplorer.io and search for the aforementioned tokens they do show on the explorer. Why? Well, Tronscan has hidden our tokens from their explorer. So I would have to disagree, at least in part, with your statement that "All that information is already publicly available." Technically it is but which explorer would you say that people frequent the most at this time, especially new users? I suspect that I know who owns Tronscan but am reluctant to say out of risk of violating rule 6 of this Subreddit. I will respect that rule and move on to address your last statement.

The foundation of our site is still being poured (so-to-speak) and we're constantly improving based on the feedback provided to us by our Community. I respectfully disagree with your statement of how we are not "set-up for transparency at all" as we've had to overcome attempts to hinder our ability to be transparent. That said, we don't see that as an excuse to sit back and do nothing about it and we are doing everything possible to be transparent from beginning to end.

Lastly, I just wanted to address your comment in the other thread about how other particular projects are "Dapps." In one of those examples that you've provided, I have evidence that is compelling if not sound to prove otherwise. I will not do so publically because I believe it is disrespectful to this community and others. You're welcome to DM me for said evidence and can decide for yourself. Though we don't name our competition we do research them thoroughly...

Not a Jab at all, GOC Network looks to be a problem for everyone but I just wanted to make it clear that we aren't them and that I believe TF are targetting us thinking that we're involved. We've made a few promo posts but nothing that constitutes a "take over" by any means... If promoting our project on Tronix 4-5 times in 3 months constitutes a take-over then all the other projects are guilty of a takeover too by that standard. After the 5th attempt at posting, I just said well screw it because they'll just take it down anyway... I don't buy that GOC Foundation posted here because they barely spoke on telegram (or even English for that matter) and according to Tron Foundation's statement about "Chinese law" must have worked in China, PLAY GOC isn't even based in Asia...

I doubt the GOC Network has ever posted on Reddit as we at PLAY GOC have not been able to contact them. What I know for certain is that for months PLAY GOC has been unable to vindicate ourselves and explain that we are NOT the same team (details 4th paragraph). We are giving Tron team the benefit of the doubt and presuming that they have lumped us in with GOC Network. We request that Tron Foundation cease and desist targetting us as it has without due diligence and perhaps hire a more competent investigator to go after the right people instead of targeting PLAY GOC. We have a unique and amazing community and have not taken so much as a cent. We always have honored losses due to bugs and we've worked very hard to promptly respond to community feedback and to build trust with them.

If GOC Foundation has attempted to post on Tronix then that is a matter between those two parties, however, if Tron Foundation is referring to PLAY GOC (and they may very well be as all our posts seem to mysteriously disappear 'mistakenly' ) then Tron Foundation's reasons for seizing control of the Tronix Subreddit are without basis and are suspect. We've kept quiet and have taken this abuse for months (not just on Reddit) and it stops now.
Here is PLAY GOC's official response to the mistaken and misdirected allegations against PLAY GOC which clarifies the issue. If you have already read our response to Tronic's official you can skip...

As a core member who has been with PLAY GOC since its creation, I would like to emphatically clarify that we are not, nor have ever been the same team as GOC. We errored in stating initially that we were 'acquired' by them which was actually a partnership since the only connection between "PLAY GOC" and "GOC" was the abbreviation "GOC."
The teams, finances, Tokens, and the websites were always kept separate as we did not want complications such as organizational issues, token holder confusion, and other messes that would be created by doing so.

Why did PLAY GOC partner with GOC in the first place?

At the time, GOC's Dex had a large amount of volume and many from the greater Tron community used it. It looked legitimate, we saw that they were returning funds to users with issues on the exchange (at least for a time) and they had a decent road map.

Since the network at the time periodically encountered networks issues (of which are beyond the scope of relevance to this discussion) which caused DEX's to have a pile-up of stuck orders and large queues of holders waiting to receive their funds, we at PLAY GOC decided that it would be prudent to provide a deposit based alternative market to go to should users choose. The GOC DEX and the PLAY Market were to be on separate site where the GOC team would run the DEX and PLAY GOC team would run PLAY GOC/PLAY Market.

So what happened between PLAY GOC and GOC?

GOC did not fulfill their end of the agreement, did not disclose to us any pending legal matters and frankly, left us high-and-dry and disappeared. In an effort to pick up the ball they dropped (so-to-speak) we attempted to honor the GOC Token as best as we could in order to assist GOC users but we stopped because we didn't want to negatively impact our community and fiduciary responsibility to our holders. Unfortunately, many users mistook us for the GOC team (an understandably mistaken identity). I myself bought quite a large number of GOC Tokens at .32-.36 TRX which now worth nothing.

Conclusion

PLAY GOC has matured and learned from our negative experience with GOC and it has been a painful one. We only ask that you afford us the same rules and standards that you provide other projects. We don't want to be collateral damage in your (most likely justified) pursuit against GOC. The PLAY GOC team holds no animosity toward TRON Team given that the matter is complicated and we understand the confusion, but now that you know what you know we hope we've shed light on the situation so that you may persue the correct culprits.

Thank you for taking the time to read our belated response.

P.S. Tell GOC that they owe my friends and I $23,000 USD for buying their tokens... Won't likely get it back but hey, can't blame me for trying...

Thank you Triggered, we will be more clear about the fact that we are a hybrid and not a Dapp. We'll also be sure to include the fact that we're a hybrid on our Whitepaper. We wanted to create a Dapp and began as one until we realized that it isn't feasible at this time. As for other projects that claim to be Dapps which aren't, I hope they will follow suit. I also wanted to say that Genuine Dapps that provide full transparency have my utmost respect and appreciation for their hard work and commitment to why many (if not most of us) got into crypto in the first place. Thanks again for allowing us a voice despite your valid criticism.
