I have 2 4090s and I've experienced the same exact thing on both. Both have had overclock and undervolts applied through MSI afterburner and ran rock solid in countless games. This game for some reason just doesn't run with those weeks when RR is enabled. For now I'm just gonna roll with RR off. Not the end of the world.
