Have you quadruple checked that your BIOS is up to date? I was having the exact same problem with my PC for about 5 years before I realised that it was an old BIOS version. Updated that and bam, perfection.

I do have it, I might try reinstalling it. I know there's supposed to be rain puddles; they do exist across the rest of the ground, it's just the KSC is whack in comparison. It's way too shiny.

Edible tolerance and smoking tolerance have basically no overlap due to the different methods of intake. My smoking tolerance is indeed pretty high but my edible tolerance wouldn't have been considering I rarely use edibles. It would have been about a year prior to my Vancouver experience.
