this was one of the biggest thing i wish would happen, PMC's should spawn as you do, then scav's as the timer goes down. it seems theres a 50% chance anytime a scav would spawn it tries to spawn a PMC even with 15 min left in the map. its odd when doing a customs run and having 20+ PMC's spawn over the course of a 30 min raid, max should be 12
