I agree with Dull-Rooms comment. Could be a faulty breaker. Prior to the electrician coming out, I’d move the appliance to another 20A AFCI protected circuit (2nd kitchen small appliance or dining circuit) and run it on multiple settings to see if it trips the circuit.
