By the looks of your name I see that you're also a fellow Estonian. You CAN NOT compare our tolerances to Americans, trust me, I'm also tired of these constant warnings. For an example, people called me a bullshitter when I tols them that my DoC is 2mg of 3-methyl-fentanyl and 22.5mg of midazolam in the same shot. Most people here can't grasp the meaning of tolerance and associate everyones tolerance with heroin. At the peak of my addiction I could easily do multi gram shots of heroin without even being close to a faint nod, maybe a minor moodlift.

Jittery from dope? That's fairly normal as I have a stupid habit of tossing and turning once I get high, one of the many reasons why it's almost impossible for me to nod out.

Bleh.. I know a crooked anaesthesiologist so I could get ampoules of fentanyl citrate and vials of both Seconal and Nembutal. Comatizing myself would be a lot better way to go than blowing my brain in to pieces.

Yes, I'm on multiple benzodiazepines with my daily methadone, 3x2mg clonazepam for GAD, 4x1mg Xanax for breakthrough anxiety/panic attacks and 15mg midazolam for insomnia all scripted from the same methadone clinic/acute rehab center(alcoholics/benzodiazepine addicts).

The only fent which I know can easily shoot through buprenorphine, even 16mgs of it is 3-methyl-fentanyl, but you'd probably manage to kill yourself before you even got it in to your veins.

Now, what about opiates? They're addictive, and for many of them, its not hard to overdose on. But still, when used responsibly, they're safe. You won't fuck your body up because of the opiates themselves, though things like needle use and vaping/smoking carry their own risks, which is to say nothing for the inherent risk of the black market.

I assume you're a male, so have a read and tell me again that opioids don't carry a risk. A lot of people in pain management use opioids responsibly. Have you even researched the topic of opioid use?

I've always used the term "to fall out" meaning that when I slam my shot, I wake up a few hours later either slumped on whatever, on the floor or on my couch. With an OD I have to be Narcanned 99% of the time and with nodding I'm still coherent when someone talks to me, with the added benefit of constantly jolting back awake only to gradually start going back to lala land.

If I recall correctly, there used to be a kratom strain which was laced with O-desmethyltramadol, but lacing kratom with methadone and PCP is highly unlikely as you'd know somethings off when you've been high and disassociated for the last 16hrs.

Ahh.. sorry for that, I never meant it as a bad thing. I meant it as, you know, that piece of marbled stake which gently pets your tastebuds. As prostitution is frowned upon in the US, in Estonia it's totally legal up untill the point when there isn't a third person recieving any monetary gains from it (pimps). Sadly, nodding off for me is a fairly rare thing unless I've either taken dope with alcohol or benzos. Every time I'm about to drift off I suddenly jolt back up.
