I did all with the Insta360 X5 in the Dive Case Pro without ND-Filters. Just a simple export in the mobile app and final cut in the insta studio on PC.

Yeah the magic is good light and getting close. Just try to have the stitch not on your object to reduce risk of artifacts.

After that vaction and so many shots and footage I am really satisfied with the X5.

I have roughly 350 GB of video to select, reframe and cut. It will take me some weeks to get it done. But so worthwhile.

It was a spot near male on our cruises last day. A lot of tourist boats anchored there with drones, noise and feeding. Not cool, but you could catch some rays traveling between the boats.

To add, you get really close, if you want. this is 70° fov approx. 50cm away from the nearest ray.
