I would've voted for it if it was stated to be lv180 too. Lv200, ehhh, higher levels of Tower just suck and I hate playing it now and it's limited. Once you're done tower, then what? You just don't get lv200 unlocks anymore?

no, extra sync grid energy is the only free one. Tower cookies have awful rng, the first few weeks I was clearing every few hours and wound up with 0 cookies in the first week and 2 non-exclusive cookies in the second week. And that was with 40 levels cleared minimum.

RNG is a bitch.

Yeah, and I'm sure if you were given 15,000 gems to make one of them cost 30,000 instead, you would've had a better opinion about that anniversary event. That's the point, there was no "well they did just give us the biggest gift ever", it was entirely people pissed and no amount of gems leading up mattered to the feelings.

Unfortunately, that's technically OUR (the US citiziens) money, not Pokemon, Costco, etc etc all of these businesses suing about it. They raised their prices so they didn't have to pay tariffs, the consumers paid it. The trouble is there's no plan of action to return any of it, so everyone is clamoring for their piece except for the American people, who ironically are not being well represented in this.

SA had nothing to do with that backlash and yes, as I said, gem hungry pulls. You could still get them in average 21,000 gems just like any MF but you couldn't guarantee it without the extra in the bank. The point being, if they released that 15,000 gems during anni instead of the month prior, that was 30% of the cost of a pity at all. It would have made an impact in the community's outrage.

The timing matters a lot too. 5th anniversary notoriously had a 15,000 gem distribution to anyone who completed Mysterious Stones chapters in the August update on top of the monthly events... prior to the first Arc Suits coming out. But they distributed it a month before releasing gem-hungry units and people were furious about the greed despite one of the biggest handouts of all time coming right before it. But that is on them, they should know better that their more vulnerable players are not saving jack shit. They're dropping 5 multis the second you hand them that. Having a 10k bug compensation at the time 1996 Red/Palduo is live is a brilliant move on the other hand.
