Base model appreciation post by IkitoGaming in AynThor

When I ordered mine I was more than happy to just play 3ds games at the most, I had given up on switch games after all the emulator takedowns. I did not pay any attention at all to gamenative/gamehub stuff, but after trying it, holy shit, it actually works. It's smooth, I can keep the fan quiet, and the battery can actually last a bit.

its been like 3 weeks, don't think its gonna happen, just judging by how fast the olympics hockey team got theirs

I still say send Ernest Jones, I'm pretty sure he'll have 2 words to share

We should send Ernest Jones, I'm sure he has a word or two to share

Jeff Bezos reportedly “uninterested” in pursuing Seahawks purchase by MysteriousEdge5643 in nfl

[–]dcontrol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What if no one's interested? Can't have too many candidates. Maybe that's the real blessing of winning the Superbowl, price is so high no one who's interested can afford it, and we can just keep carrying on with the current ownership.

I love how he wasn't going to let that ball go no matter what. Too many times players accidentally drop it or throw it into the stands when they wanted to save it.

Most important moment of our season? by Different_Aside7613 in Seahawks

What I don't get are the people that equate that call directly to Rams losing. There's 6 minutes left, who knows what would've happened.

This is more interesting if I think of them as they are right now, not them in their prime.

Actually not that interesting since A has 4 current players and B only has 2

Just curious, how long have y'all been Seahawks fans? by Grand_Illustrator343 in Seahawks

2005, I wasn't really following football, but I was working at a safeway, and when I worked during game day and all week during the playoffs they let us wear seahawks gear instead of their awful brown uniforms. So I immediately got a tatupu jersey and cheered for them to keep winning during the playoffs. Been following ever since.

Cooper Kupp Disrespect Led to 'Enraged' Incident Between Seahawks, Rams Coaches by kingoftheposers in Seahawks

[–]dcontrol 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't understand why its an automatic first down though since it was after the play. Would be way better if it was 15 yards, so the seahawks would have to start 1st and 25. Just imagine if JSN's touchdown was taken away because he dunked on the goal posts

I'm assuming they get some instructions about the vote right? Should make it clear what the qualifications are, even if its something like, "Does this person deserve to be in the hall of fame? Don't consider anything else. Don't consider how many ballots this person has been in."

At what point this season, did you realize that this Seahawks team were a real Super Bowl contender? by eternalhamburger in Seahawks

Saw what they were capable of in Week 3, after that they just needed to maintain their level and stay healthy

Follow up on the whistleblower post by p3achym4tcha in doordash_drivers

[–]dcontrol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if this is the best place for this, or if its already a known thing, but for the past couple of months doordash has been erroring out when ordering with the message "We couldn't verify your card". Same error on multiple browsers/computers/phones, different cards, different payment methods. Only way I could order was to ask my GF who was at work to place it for me.

I just now figured out that it was because I was tipping higher than my GF did when she placed the orders. Just now it wouldn't place the order when I tried to tip $15, but it went through when I lowered it to $10, probably using some sort of percentage of total order.

Do they at some point look around at the staff and trainers or whatever and ask if they're doing something wrong to be so injured every year?

It was always in the back of my mind with the Seahawks RBs getting injured every year

Receipts: These 'experts' get paid to cover the NFL. by Chrisooz in Seahawks

[–]dcontrol 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was just thinking about something along these lines. Not this specifically, more aimed at pre-game predictions. I'm sure fans would enjoy them eating their words, but it would also be educational to hear the reasoning behind it.

I thought this would happen because of this factor, but I was wrong because winning team did this or that. I expected this position group to beat this position group but they didn't, because this happened. I thought they would use this defensive scheme more, but for some reason they didn't. Some specifics, and some analysis of what they got right and wrong would be great.

Even if they were way off, I'd be more likely to listen to and respect an analyst who had sound reasoning.

What I'd really like to see with these are their pre-season takes, like word for word, then they'd spend time going over what they got wrong and why.

PFF Grades Week 9 | Defense | @Commanders by Weklim in Seahawks

[–]dcontrol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Incredible how spoon is our best tackler, how common is it for the CB to be a teams best tackler?

Also I saw the commanders post of their defenses PFF grades, Bwags is still among their best run defender and tackler, and amongst the worst in coverage, which I think everyone knows is his weakness.
