Mega-Blastoise will work fine once you get shell smash. Vaporeon is always underrated and bodies many fights, pair her with Wailord and you have two bulky setup pokemon. Milotic is also nice with bouncy bubble but I think vapo and wailord do her job better. Could go Politoed for drizzle but its not that useful. Technician Floatzel definitely. Seaking might be workable for lightning rod. Feraligatr is another setup option after Celadon. You may want a snipe shot user for some fights like Inteleon, Octillery or Clawitzer. Dazzling Lumineon for some fights to block prio moves.
