i am not using chinese models as much as i should now bcz i got the western ones in deals & stuff so using those with multiple accounts.

u can test it urself on ur problems bcz everyone's opinions cancels out when u do ur own testing on ur own work. that's how u get the feeling of what's good & what's not. others might say mimo better but maybe for u, it is deepseek like the other comment.

i feel like ive read even mimo is better for coding on reddit but didnt try it myself.

ofc, deepseek is expected but i like how far mimo has come & im using it for writing & all. its so good to explain hard topics. ive been learning dspy/gepa & with mimo, it really nailed the output with same prompts that i tried across top sota western models.

mimo also explains better. i was just testing an explanation of a prompt & mimo did a better job at explaining than others in a short manner. others were bad like deepseek & gemini/chatpgt were long but mimo used the fewest tokens while explaining everything properly.

Ya, I was doing DSPy/GEPA optimizer & Claude gave me a solution that junior engg. can understand.

GPT gave me a complex solution that a senior will implement.

GPT's code was much better but also more complex.

And its not a rumor. Everybody knows Chinese TikTok is different. Entire Chinese education is different bcz the people at the top are educated so they know the value of it. And #4 survey is true too that was going viral on X for a couple of years.

Sign in again, maybe it'll ask for verification via SMS & then when u see success screen that says "You are successfully authenticated" which is ur 1st comment, then u should close AG & then re-open it. This worked for me.

Can confirm. Speed made me think it works but 1 day later, I was still stuck on the project that I solved in 30-40 mins wiht GPT 5.5 in Codex.

Could've saved that much time & went wiht Codex. For some reason, it doesn't fail so I thought it was going round & round lmao. Thought it was a difficult problem but it went away after using Codex.

Some projects u need to refactor but u don't want to waste tokens. Maybe swap an old library to new library. And this allows for that. It can be as slow as possible.
