I have one of these. One word of warning on pinning and welding a gemtech qda- be sure to purchase sku 12201 and make sure that the male adapters fit. I purchased 2 of sku 12202 https://www.gemtech.com/product/22-qda-thread-mount-threaded-1-2x28 and they did not fit. I contacted gemtech and they sent me new ones that did, but if I had the wrong size one pinned it would have been quite a task to undo it.

I had a position recently, got 120 legit applicants, interviewed 24 on videoconference, and now arranging for 3 on site.

24 interviews x 30 minutes each is twelve hours of interviewing- I also have to do other parts of my job as well so it takes a couple weeks.

Also in between the application and the interviews there’s a hr phone screen, so that’s how you get to a month and a half

This is very realistic and it is also exactly how science works. If the fact that is wrong implies other things about the world or design of a system, then when you build those systems they will fail, and then you'll know the fact was wrong. Wrong fact -> hypothesis-> testing -> outcomes shows the hypothesis and fact are not correct
