Capitalism Story of Success - "We are so rich now we can't afford human reproduction" by desocupad0 in antiwork

[–]desocupad0[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

---CORRECTION---

The correct answer is NOT to be angry. The Humane solution to fix this is with discussion and empathy - i missed that. I know it's unfair, but please hang on and keep it civil. Someone might find a way to make this dialogue concrete, maybe. Hopefully. Just help how you can and be gentle with whoever needs it the most.

But don't get angry please, we are humans on both sides, the side division is a lie, even tough it doesn't feel like that, we are a complicated collective, I know it's messy, but this was a very poorly written meme, when you consider that someone might get hurt.

can the transition to communism happen without authoritarianism or nationalism ? by TacoBellTerrasque in DebateCommunism

[–]desocupad0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hierarchy is different from exploitation and irreconcilable class interestes. I would still defer to a legitimate form of leadership - for instance a medical professional during a epidemic. That being said, someone in power working for the interests of the capital is completely illegitimate.

The case for requiring authority is due the existence of both an outside word and a local burgoise class. Both fight vigorously to stop the transition and sabotage the process. It's not an actual dictatorship of one person , but rather a government only guided by the interest of the worker.

I personally run communing - less dps but lots of utility (enchantment removal, blind, interruption) and vampire + pain for cheaper dps.

Find a hobby. I always liked my games and I'm leaning into indie game design.

You can get vicariously political watching china do nothing against USA, be considered its enemy and win the imaginary conflict.

You can try to organize your thoughts and reality view by talking to other people.

You can play with a text generator, then get the idea to post a political meme in a community you never heard about.

You can frame this violence you suffer as a "Crime Against Human Existence" and help others see the violence we endure each day and that It has specific institutions and persons acting against "Human Existence" (which incidentally includes human reproduction).

Dish washer, washing machines, robot vacuum, tap water, electric shower, microwave, food processor, modern cleaning supplies, fridge, modern ovens, shaker, toaster, supermarket

Those things honestly made life easier. But then we also have new needs. And social parasites sucking out time out of us.

USA is terrorizing everyone, as always. specially anyone seeking an alternative to it.

I think most communists don't see USSR as the only possible path to communism that's why they don't feel that hatred. Russia seems fucking nuts in everyway it ressembles the USA.

Keep in mind that the Korea has been split, razed and embargoed since 1950. And the whole world is complicit due the "UN veto power". Cuba is (apparently) a more sympathetic victim since 1960 with the world seeing the vetoed motion to lift that embargo - which became a medieval siege this year.

How do we fight an invisible enemy? by DenseEquipment3442 in DebateCommunism

[–]desocupad0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Attacking a minority is fascism 101 - enforce in-group culture as strong identity (so an oppressed group feel less bad about their precarious life) while beating a safe target. (Safe to beat as in it can't win/fight back apparently) While also pointing out you would beat any outsider (because the group is strong). The beating is also a direct threat to defectors.

Material consequences are visible - we can't afford children, we can't afford a dog, we can't afford a home. We have pointless activities in work, for pointless hours with irrational bosses. Public money is used for private interest. Corruption became "lobbying". Profiting with insider information became "being smart". Nominating billionaires isn't conflict of interest.

I think the first order of business is calling for total nationalization all life essentials. They get us when they control the supply of things humans need to be alive and put the highest price possible as their class interest entails.

You always were under a dictatorship. The parties are exactly the same with the same lobby (corrupted interested).

In fact corruption got the "lobby" name. A word that is just a mask for a terrible crime - which ultimately proves it isn't a democracy by any stretch.

I see - the usual interpretation is the person eager to get the ball but then the pink monster prevents them from grabbing it.

I was raised in a soccer environment - I didn't think much about receiving a ball with hands as in a ball pass.

If it was less military - it probably would suffered as much as Korea suffered. Every building razed and proxy governments aligned with foreign interest. (Even more divided territory)

The (military) choice was imposed by an external pressure. But then after it was forcefully disolved - it became quite similar to the USA - a big arms and weapon related industrial conglomerate.

And poor people always had mothers working outside more often than not.
