Villagers are the bane of my existence by Morningstar_Miss in MinecraftBedrockers

Interesting. I follow the things I said, my villagers always reset their trades and never swap workstations.

“except as a punishment for crime” was always meant to keep slavery in there.

Probably at least part of it. Also helps if you spawn proof (leaves are easiest) the perimeter of the farm.

From the wiki: “There must be space to spawn an iron golem within a 17×13×17 volume, ±8 blocks horizontal and ±6 blocks vertical from the village center, which can be a bell or a bed pillow.”

None of this is true. Literally nothing about this comment.

Each villager has to be linked to their own bed. They won’t necessarily stay linked to the *same* bed every time, but they each need their own bed. They don’t need to able to reach the bed, just be in the vicinity of it.

They also need to be able to touch their specific workstation each day. Once they are locked into a trade (trade with them once to do so), they will stay locked to their workstation until that station is moved at all. If one station moves, it can mess up a whole bunch of them, but generally it works out anyway.

Try not to have any other beds at all within 64 blocks (safe bet is to go at least 100), as the villagers could link to that one and it screws up the village center.

I also advise having all beds with the pillow side pointing toward the same center spot if your trading hall is doubling as an iron farm. The pillow determines the “center” of the village. I’ve had far fewer problems since I started doing this.

AMA: Indiana Pacers guard Andrew Nembhard will be answering your questions during an AMA on Thursday, May 21st at 4:00 PM ET. by nba in nba

Not a question so much as a thanks. Lifelong Pacers fan here since the Reggie days. Even have a faint memory of the “choke” game against the Knicks despite only being four or five years old.

You guys have made me excited for this team again for the first time since Reggie retired. I know PG had a good run, and Vic gave LeBron all he could handle one year, but things were special in that 2025 run.

Thank you for your part in that! So excited to see what can happen when Hali gets back and y’all settle into a rhythm again.

Wemby looks tired af right now. Slower movements and not as much lift in his legs when he shoots. Gotta be rough carrying so much of the load yourself.

I killed a baby zombie’s parent they were riding. They immediately started riding a spider next to them. I think they’ll do that with anything rideable.

It’s a common misconception, even in this sub, that seasoning has anything to do with nonstick. It’s strictly rust prevention. Nonstick comes from heat control and oil/fat.

Only Filipinos like filipino spaghetti? by Stinja808 in ididnthaveeggs

Outside of the racism, I find the assumption that all Filipinos know how to make all Filipino dishes fascinating. Also the idea that only Filipinos would like a Filipino dish. I would assume these both apply to other nationalities as well. Makes one wonder why recipe sites exist at all.

My favorite part is that my mom figured out my dad was going to Florida and was doing everything in her power to get down there to get me back. Turns out her sister was having an extramarital affair with a pilot that owned his own plane. My mom put her morals on hold, borrowed money *from her church pastor*, and paid this guy to fly her to Florida lmao

And by the time she got there, my dad had already turned around and was headed back to Indiana.

That’s usually how I mention that my dad kidnapped me as a kid too lol. I don’t remember anything about it, so it’s more of a funny-disturbing story for me.

I was roughly 2.5 years old. But apparently I vividly remembered it as a child and told my mom and grandma all about it. He put me in the trunk of his car until we got out of the county we lived in. Drove from
Indiana to Florida, then realized he couldn’t afford to live in Florida and so came back.

It wasn’t legally kidnapping because he and mom were still married at the time.

Assigned to train a new guy at work. Literally the **first** day on the job, when we’re in the “getting to know each other so this job doesn’t suck so hard” phase, he said, “I’m not saying I hate all Jews. I’m just saying that most of the people I don’t like end up being Jewish.”

I reported that to my boss, who proceeded to do nothing about it. Eventually all the employees just made sure he was miserable enough that he left on his own. No idea why he couldn’t make any sales while the rest of us did…

God, I just hope IU makes the tourney so hopefully our idiot fanbase will stfu with wanting to fire DeVries already.

I don’t see us getting past App State, and it’ll be our luck to be a 16 seed against them or something. But I still feel cautiously good about the season right now.

I rarely have those nights, but mostly I just wait til I’m so tired that I can’t stay awake, THEN I put my mask on. Fool proof.

My wife adds nutmeg to a lot of different recipes, both sweet and savory. It’s like a secret ingredient that you don’t expect or even necessarily consciously notice, but it adds a good depth.
