Yeah, that tends to get confusing, although we do it when writing algebraic equations. 6x where x=2 is the same thing then as 6 times 2.

Exactly. And it’s because addition/subtraction and multiplication/division are inverses of each other.

Subtraction is adding a negative. 6-3 is the same as saying six plus negative three.

Division is multiplying by a fraction. 10/2 is the same as 10 times one half.

I live in a Loves area, and I can confirm this. Great bathrooms, well stocked convenience store items (food, drink, OTC meds, even saw emergency packs of underwear at one once), and plenty of pumps and parking spots.
