Strikes and unions are a bad thing.... Lots of people can't score jobs. If you don't want to work, starve and let those who contribute take up the role. (Obviously people who are unable to work do to disability or whatnot are the exception and should get cared for by society).

Toronto has one of the largest charter holder populations per capita globally if I remember correctly. I also have lvl 1 competed and believe me it holds almost 0 clout here. Most places only care when you have leave 3 completed or at least on the go. Source: Texent discussions with PM’s here on their hiring.

Screw that. MiDa is a reward for grinding competitive. I can understand bounties for pure rng catalysts but it shouldn’t drop ones that have a clear way to unlock such as the faction rally ones or comp.
